Meeting on April 10, 2018

We will have a Reorganizational Meeting on Tuesday, April 10th at the Beverly Farms Library on Vine St. at 7:30 PM.
At this meeting, we will elect new officers for the City Committee as a whole (Chair, Vice Chair, Recording Secretary, Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer and Affirmative Action Officer) and officers for the six wards in Beverly (Chair, Secretary, Treasurer & Affirmative Action Officer). We have to have at least three people from each ward present in order to elect the ward officers.
As many of you know, Duane Anderson is stepping down as City Chair after serving so well in that position for the past 25 years. We are deeply grateful to him for his leadership, dedication and hard work for more than two decades. (More on that in a later post.) Jim Thompson has expressed a desire and willingness to serve as City Chair.
